RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 1 to contracts with the following agencies to provide National Curriculum and Training Services and Enrichment Services to Probation Youth, updating standard contract language including the addition of Russian Sanctions and Campaign Contribution disclosure requirements, and extending the contract period by one year for a total contract period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025, with no change to the aggregate amount not to exceed $6,000,000:
1. California Association of Health and Education Linked Professions, Contract No. 21-478.
2. Citrus Counseling Services, Inc., formerly known as Christian Counseling Service of East Valley, Inc., Contract No. 21-479.
3. Empowering Success Now, Contract No. 21-480.
4. Inland Valley Recovery Services, Contract No. 21-482.
5. Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, Contract No. 21-483.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The total cost of the National Curriculum and Training Institute (NCTI) Services and Enrichment Services contracts will not exceed the aggregate amount of $6,000,000 for the four-year period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025.
