Recommendation
Approve Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract No. 23-929 with Angeles Contractor, Inc., for the Sheriff Colorado River Station Remodel Project in Needles for the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator, in the amount of $373,654, increasing the total contract from $9,115,000 to $9,488,654, with no change to the construction completion date (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Sheriff Colorado River Station Remodel Project (Project) (WBSE 10.10.1220) budget of $13,952,484 is funded with Discretionary General Funding in the amount of $6,594,490 and Proposition 172 funds in the amount of $7,357,994, as approved by the Board of Supervisors as part of the 2023-24 Capital Improvement Program budget.
