Body

COUNTY AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Promote the Countywide Vision.

Improve County Government Operations.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

This item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the release of County utility information to third parties is non-financial in nature.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The County proactively evaluates its options for improving energy efficiency at County facilities.  At times, the evaluation of these facilities may require the release of County utility information to third parties, such as County consultants.  Approval of this item will streamline the processing of release forms required by utility companies by delegating authority to the Chief Executive Officer, or Assistant Executive Officer, to execute release forms that may contain non-standard terms, including indemnification of third parties and utility companies.
