FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The cost of $46,419 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center’s (ARMC) 2023-2024 budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The amendment will allow ARMC to continue to use Press Ganey Associates, LLC (Press Ganey) for completion of the 2023 employee and physician satisfaction surveys. ARMC collects feedback from employees and physicians through satisfaction surveys to help assess the hospital’s strengths and opportunities for improvement. The amendment will allow ARMC to continue to access the Press Ganey portal and complete the entire 2023 employee and physician satisfaction survey cycle and allow the information management department to extract and archive the data as necessary. With the amendment, the current contract will expire on June 30, 2024 and services will transition to a new vendor as a result of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. ARMC123-ARMC-4873.
