Recommendation
Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe
a. Approve the appointment of Dakota Higgins to Seat 3 on the San Bernardino Water & Power Authority, serving until replaced (At Large).
b. Approve the appointment of Jesse Armendarez to Seat 5 on the San Bernardino Water & Power Authority, serving until replaced (At Large).
c. Approve the appointment of Joe Baca, Jr. to Seat 6 on the San Bernardino Water & Power Authority, serving until replaced (At Large).
d. Approve the appointment of Kamya Fisher to Seat 11 on the San Bernardino County In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee, for the remaining 1-year term, expiring 1/31/2027 (At Large).
e. Approve the appointment of Holiday Heller to Seat 5 on the San Bernardino County In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee, for the remaining 2-year term, expiring 1/31/2028 (At Large).
f. Approve the appointment of Jeremy Martinez to Seat 8 on the Emergency Medical Care Committee, for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/31/2028 (At Large).

g. Declare and post vacancy, per Maddy Act, for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/31/2029, for Seat 1 held by Mark Creffield on the San Bernardino County Campaign Accountability Commission.
h. Approve the reappointment of Shannon Shannon to Seat 1 on Workforce Development Board, commencing on 1/1/2027 and expiring 12/31/2028 (At Large).
