HRSA provides Ryan White Part C Early Intervention Services (EIS) funds to local health jurisdictions to provide comprehensive HIV primary health care, medical case management, outreach and education, counseling, and other support services to people living with HIV. Services are provided in an outpatient setting and are targeted to low income, uninsured, and underserved individuals throughout the county. DPH serves approximately 130 people per year under this program.
