Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe
a. Approve the appointment of Stephen L. Garcia to Seat 1 on the Crest Forest Municipal Advisory Council for a 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029 (Third District).
b. Approve the appointment of Gilbert Flores to Seat 2 on the Crest Forest Municipal Advisory Council for a 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029 (Third District).
c. Approve the appointment of Sara Green to Seat 3 on the Crest Forest Municipal Advisory Council for a 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029 (Third District).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On September 10, 2024, the Board adopted Ordinance No. 4479 amending San Bernardino County Code relating to Campaign Finance Reform. This ordinance established the San Bernardino County Campaign Accountability Commission (Commission) that is tasked with enforcement of the Ordinance. The Commission will have nine members. The Board will appoint one member for each supervisorial district upon the recommendation of the Board member of that district, and one member recommended by each county-wide elected official: the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator, District Attorney, Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector, and Assessor-Recorder. Recommendations s., t., u., v., dd., ii., and jj. are being appointed pursuant to this ordinance.
