FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). There is no financial impact to receive this list of real estate activity occurring at County Regional Parks. However, approved interim use permits do result in revenues that are utilized by the Regional Parks Department to help offset the use of Discretionary General Funding for park operations.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The Departments do not have any short-term leases, SOPs, or license agreements to report for this period. In accordance with this policy, the following table reflects the executed IUPs during the period November 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020.
