HACSB is the largest provider of affordable housing in San Bernardino County and proudly assists approximately 26,000 people, most of whom are seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and children.

Partnerships are essential to HACSB and it has partnered with many agencies throughout the county, including the following County departments: Behavioral Health, Community Development and Housing, and the Office of Homeless Services.  HACSB’s Board of Commissioners are appointed by the County’s Board of Supervisors and give generously of their time in an effort to provide affordable housing opportunities to eligible County residents.
