BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Contract with Certified Medical Sales, LLC (CMS) will allow for the provision of regular preventative maintenance and unexpected repairs of medical air compressors and waste anesthesia gas (WAG) systems at ARMC. These systems serve as a critical component of ARMC life support systems by delivering purified air to and removing WAG from all patient operation and surgery rooms. Medical air and WAG systems require strict scheduled maintenance and continuous monitoring by a licensed contractor to maintain compliance with all State and Federal laws.
ARMC recommends approval of the Contract for the safety, health and services needs of County residents through ensuring that ARMC has appropriate preventative maintenance and unforeseen repair services for the medical gas compressors and WAG systems at the hospital.
