Recommendation
Accept amended grant award, Amendment No. 1 to County Contract No. 20-40 (Award No. 6 H76HA00154-29-01), from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C HIV Early Intervention Services Program: Existing Geographic Services Areas program, increasing the award amount by $327,467, from $112,290 to 439,757, for the grant period of January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The amended grant award in the amount of $327,467 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C HIV Early Intervention Services Program: Existing Geographic Services Areas (Ryan White Part C EIS) program does not require a match. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Public Health's (DPH) 2019-20 budget and will be included in the 2020-21 recommended budget.
