Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 20-99 with Agiliti Imaging, Inc. for the preventative maintenance and service of medical imaging equipment, to update Agiliti Imaging, Inc.'s legal name to Agiliti Health, Inc., with no change to the total contract amount of $3,267,216 or the contract term of May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The cost of $3,267,216 is funded by the State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2023-24 budget and is included in 2024-25 budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On April 1, 2024, Agiliti Imaging, Inc. merged with Agiliti Health, Inc. Agiliti Health, Inc. is the surviving company of the merger. As a result of the merger, the amendment will update the contractor's name from Agiliti Imaging, Inc. (Agiliti Imaging) to Agiliti Health, Inc. (Agiliti Health) and allow ARMC to continue receiving preventative maintenance and service of medical imaging equipment to ensure the equipment remains fun...
