RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Adopt amended 2025 San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors Annual Meeting Calendar to schedule the November 18, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting in the City of Ontario, 303 East B Street, Ontario, California, City Council Chambers, with Closed Session starting at 8:00 a.m. and Public Session starting at 9:00 a.m. (Attachment A).

Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the item is non-financial in nature.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This item will provide for adoption of an amended San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors (Board) annual calendar of meetings for 2025.
On March 1, 2005 (Item No. 86), the Board adopted Ordinance 3944 amending the Meeting Rules of the Board (County Code Section 12.0101) to require the Board to adopt an annual calendar of meetings and to permit a different location for a regular meeting if it is identified in the annual meeting calendar or amended annual meeting calendar.
On July 9, 2024 (Item No. 14), the Board adopted the annual meeting calendar for 2025. The amended 2025 Board of Supervisors Meeting Calendar (Attachment A), which is subject to further amendment by the Board, reflects the change in the meeting time and location for the November 18, 2025 Board meeting to the Ontario City Council Chambers with Closed Session starting at 8:00 a.m. a...
