RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 2 to Website Licensing Agreement No. 22-1034 with Agilis, Inc., for additional compliance management system support services and mobile subscriptions, increasing the contract amount by $155,000, from $1,118,400 to $1,273,400, with no change to the contract period of March 5, 2020 through March 4, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The additional cost of $155,000 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center's (ARMC) 2024-25 budget.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This Amendment with Agilis, Inc. (Agilis) will allow ARMC to fund the additional software updates to the Agilis online Compliance Document Management System modules as mandated by The Joint Commission. The system is a cloud-based compliance document management system, data repository and gap analysis reporting solution used to easily organize and access critical Joint Commission survey and ongoing compliance information.
