RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, approve Amendment No.1, effective July 1, 2025, to Contract No. 22-644 with Hospital Association of Southern California for continued use of the ReddiNet system and related support and maintenance services, increasing the contract amount by $213,399 from $106,012 to a not to exceed amount of $319,411, and extending the term an additional five years for a total term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The total expenditures over this contract period will not exceed $319,411 and are funded through the California Department of Public Health Hospital Preparedness Program grant. Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency's (ICEMA) 2025-26 budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
