RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District:
1. Approve Revenue Agreement with the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for the reimbursement of jointly beneficial projects relating to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for the period of September 10, 2024, through March 10, 2025.
2. Authorize the Chief Flood Control Engineer, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, or Engineering Manager to execute amendments to the Revenue Agreement to add joint projects, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Chief Flood Control Engineer to transmit any amendments adding joint projects to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution.
