Recommendation
Approve agreement with All Care To You LLC, for medical provider claims management services, in the amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000 for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the total cost of $1,500,000 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2025-26 budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Approval of the agreement with All Care To You LLC (ACTY) will provide ARMC with medical provider claims management services to ensure appropriate reimbursements and payments to providers. ACTY will implement and maintain systems to intake ARMC provider contracts and managed associated payments with an understanding of the terms and conditions of the contracts between third-party vendors and San Bernardino County (County) on behalf of ARMC and the associated cost, prices, and rates that are payable by the County/ARMC for those contracts.
