Recommendation
Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
Second District Supervisor Janice Rutherford
a. Approve the appointment of Ravenel N. Wimberly to Seat 6 on the Behavioral Health Commission for a 3-year term, expiring 1/31/2023.
b. Approve the reappointment of May S. Farr to Seat 2 on the Behavioral Health Commission for a 3-year term, expiring 1/31/2023.
c. Approve the reappointment of Robert L. Kinzel to Seat 4 on the Regional Parks Advisory Commission for a 4-year term, expiring 1/31/2024.
d. Approve the appointment of Jennifer A. Silvestri to Seat 11 on the Senior Affairs Commission for a 4-year term, expiring 12/4/2023
e. Approve the appointment of Jeff O. Rigney to Seat 1 on the Lake Arrowhead Dam Advisory Committee (CSA 70 D-1) for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 12/5/2022.
f. Approve the reappointment of Carol A. Kinzel to Seat 5 on the Behavioral Health Commission for a 3-year term, expiring 1/31/2022.
g. Declare and post vacancy per Maddy Act for Ron Stark (Seat 5) on the Equal Opportunity Commission for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 12/31/2023.
