Accept amended grant award, Amendment No. 1 to County Agreement No. 20-0113 (Award No. 6 H89HA00032-27-01), from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program to provide medical care and support services to persons living with HIV/AIDS in San Bernardino and Riverside counties, increasing the amount by $6,364,996, from $1,660,633 to $8,025,629, for the grant period of March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The amended grant award in the amount of $6,364,996 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant (Ryan White Part A) Program funds does not require a match. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Public Health's (DPH) 2019-20 budget and will be included in the 2020-21 recommended budget.
