RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of County Service Area 70 BL (Bloomington):
1. Approve the Capital Improvement Program - County Service Area 70 BL (Bloomington) - Bloomington Sewer Master Plan Project, in the amount of $171,907.
2. Authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post the necessary budget adjustments, as detailed in the Financial Impact section (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). County Service Area (CSA) 70 BL (Bloomington) (District) is funded by sanitation fees charged to customers based on usage. This item seeks authorization for the use of $171,907 from the District's available reserves to fund costs for the CSA 70 BL - Sewer Master Plan Project (Project).
