Recommendation
Approve non-financial Data Delivery Authorization form to allow NDCHealth Corporation DBA RelayHealth to provide pharmacy prescription claims data to National Health Information Network, Inc. for the analysis of claims data beginning upon County approval of the agreement until terminated by either party.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Data Delivery Authorization (DDA) form with NDCHealth DBA RelayHealth (RelayHealth) is non-financial in nature.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
ARMC contracts with RelayHealth for pharmacy switch claim software to efficiently process pharmacy medication claims to insurance providers. The software routes claims from the pharmacy to the pharmacy benefit manager, or insurance provider, for online claims adjudication and processing of electronic prescriptions. ARMC executed a Solution Order with National Health Information Network, Inc. (NHIN) to provide third-party collections services that perform in-depth claim research, tracking and follow-up until full reconciliation is achieved or it is determined that no further action can be taken.
