Recommendation
Approve Revenue Agreement (State Agreement No. 25-0598-000-SG) with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Plant Health and Pest Prevention Services / Plant Administration, to provide inspection services related to the Invasive Shot Hole Borer Trapping Program, on behalf of the State, effective December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, for a maximum reimbursement of $21,167.78

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revenue agreement in the amount of $21,167.78 is being provided by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Plant Health and Pest Prevention Services / Plant Administration (PHPPS / Plant Administration). Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Agriculture / Weights & Measures (AWM) 2025-26 budget and will be included in the 2026-27 recommended budget. Services, per the revenue agreement, will be provided by existing AWM staff.
