Recommendation
Approve Revenue Agreement with the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools (Agreement No. 250192), for the Friday Night Live program, in the amount of $45,000, for the contract period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Revenue Agreement (Agreement) with the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools (TCSS) for the Friday Night Live (FNL) program in the amount of $45,000 is funded by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) through the Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant and administered by the Tulare County Office of Education's (TCOE) California Friday Night Live Partnership (CFNLP) program. Revenue will be used to offset the cost of providing FNL activities and meeting TCOE requirements. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Behavioral Health's (DBH) 2024-25 budget.

The Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is responsible for providing mental health and/or substance use disorder (SUD) services to the county residents experiencing severe mental illness and/or SUD.
