Approve Amendment No. 4 to Grant Revenue Agreement No. 15-009 (County Agreement No. 15-579) with the California Coastal Conservancy extending the completion date from December 30, 2020 to February 28, 2025 for Phase III of the Santa Ana River Trail.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). There is no matching requirement from the Regional Parks Department. The amendment, as proposed by the California Coastal Conservancy (Conservancy) provides for an extension to the required completion date to February 28, 2025 for the construction of a 3.8 mile segment of the Santa Ana River Trail (Phase III) from Waterman Avenue in the City of San Bernardino to California Street in the City of Redlands for an amount not to exceed $3,909,425.

Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Regional Parks Department's 2020-21 budget for construction of Phase III and will be included in future recommended budgets for design and mitigation.
