Recommendation
Approve Funding Agreement with the San Bernardino International Airport Authority for the installation of a domestic terminal video display board and an inter-terminal pedestrian walkway, in the amount of $250,000, effective upon execution by both parties through June 30, 2026.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not require the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). On October 21, 2025 (Item No. 69) the Board of Supervisors approved a one-time allocation of $250,000 for enhancement projects at the San Bernardino International Airport (Airport) in Economic Development's 2025-26 budget. The total allocation of $250,000 will be paid to the San Bernardino International Airport Authority (Authority) for the installation of a domestic terminal video display board and an inter-terminal pedestrian walkway.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Authority is a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 11, 1992 (Item No. 44) and whose members include the County and the cities of Colton, Highland, Loma Linda, and San Bernardino. The Authority operates San Bernardino International Airport (Airport) for the benefit of the members and the public. Section 5 of the JPA allows member agencies to make contributions to support the Authority's operations.
