RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Adopt a Resolution that:
1. Establishes a "No Stopping, Standing or Parking Zone" pursuant to County Code section 52.0118(a), along the entire length of the south sides of Jimmie Johnson Drive, Jeff Gordon Drive, Dreamland Drive, Sunset Drive and France Family Road, in the Fontana area.
2. Direct the County Road Commissioner to perform such acts as necessary to implement the terms of the Resolution.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The proposed Resolution will not result in significant costs to the Department of Public Works- Special Districts (Department). The developer will pay for the installation of the "No Stopping, Standing or Parking Zones" signage, and ongoing maintenance of the signage will be funded through the Communities Facility District No. 2025-1 approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 29, 2025 (Item No. 89).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Speedway Commerce Center II Improvement Project (Project) is improving streets, storm drains, signing and striping, and traffic signals. The Project encompasses approximately 433 acres on a site located in unincorporated San Bernardino County north of San Bernardino Avenue, south of Whittram Avenue, west of Cherry Avenue, and east of the San Sevaine channel.
