Approve Employment Contract for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this contract will not require the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Sufficient appropriation exists within the County Administrative Office 2023-24 budget to fund the costs related to the contract and will be included in future recommended budgets.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Chief Executive Officer serves as the primary administrative advisor to the Board of Supervisors (Board) on matters relating to the efficient and economical administration of the County. On August 18, 2023, the Chief Executive Officer resigned from the County. On August 22, 2023, the Board appointed Luther Snoke as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
