Recommendation
Approve Interim Use Permit with Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement in the United States of America for the use of a portion of Prado Regional Park, located in the City of Chino, to hold Youth Leader Training Camp occurring Thursday, August 1, 2024, through Sunday, August 4, 2024, for minimum total revenue in the amount of $5,200.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this Interim Use Permit (Permit) does not require the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under this Permit, Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement in the United States of America (Permittee), will pay the Regional Parks Department (Department) a minimum total of $5,200, as detailed in the table below. The following fees are consistent with the Board of Supervisor's (Board) approved 2024- 25 fee schedule:

The Permittee will also submit a $1,700 deposit to be used to pay for any damages incurred due to the Permittee's use of Prado Regional Park (Park) during Source of Life Youth Leader Training Camp Event (Event). The Permittee will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and applicable approvals, as well as securing the required insurance for this Event.
