Recommendation
Approve a Non-Disclosure of Documentation and Receipt of Proprietary Documents Agreement with Hyperbaric Consulting, LLC for previously purchased package of policies and procedures, emergency checklist, and other checklist at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, with no associated costs.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of the non-financial agreement with Hyperbaric Consulting, LLC (Hyperbaric Consulting) will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the recommended agreement is non-financial in nature.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Approval of this Non-Disclosure will ensure the confidentiality of any materials received by Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) from Hyperbaric Consulting. Hyperbaric Consulting was hired to perform consulting services for ARMC's Hyperbaric Department. This was done for the purpose of ensuring safe operations of the Hyperbaric Department and to ensure that all regulations, codes and standards are being met. The consultant recommended changes to the existing policies/procedures and emergency checklists. Procurement of this service followed County polices and purchasing had the authority to issue a purchase order; however, Hyperbaric Consulting requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed in order to protect the confidentiality of the materials which requires Board of Supervisors approval.
