BACKGROUND INFORMATION

On February 11, 2020 (Item No. 78), a public hearing was conducted on the proposed ordinances related to Rules and Regulations for Park and Recreation Services.  Although the existing rules and regulations were still appropriate for the types of activities and common uses of park facilities, they needed some augmentation to address current issues.  At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board of Supervisors/Board of Directors (Board) scheduled March 10, 2020 as the date for adoption of the ordinances.

The recommendation before the Board today is to adopt the ordinances on the Consent Calendar.
