RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Adopt Resolution to accept Cataba Road from El Centro Road to Ranchero Road, El Centro Road from Cataba Road to Coyote Trail, and Coyote Trail from El Centro Road to Ranchero Road in the Oak Hills area into the County Maintained Road System, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 941.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). It will cost less than $1,000 to update the Department of Public Works (Department) records, while future road maintenance costs will be funded by Gas Tax revenue. Sufficient appropriation and revenue are included in the Department's 2022-23 Road Operations budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.

The Highway Planning Technical Committee (HPTC) convened on September 28, 2022, to discuss the acceptance of the following roads in the Oak Hills area, into the County Maintained Road System (CMRS):
