Recommendation
1. Acting as the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Public Health and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District to provide vector control services in an amount not to exceed $581,072 for the period of April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028.
2. Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Public Health and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District to provide vector control services in an amount not to exceed $581,072 for the period of April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Department of Public Health (DPH) will receive revenue from the San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District) in an amount not to exceed $581,072 for the period of April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028. The District is funded by property tax revenue, fee revenue, and other local, state, and federal funding, which will be used to cover the costs of the vector control services.
