RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, approve Amendment No. 3 to Memorandum of Understanding No. 15-278 with San Bernardino County for code enforcement services, to update the Flood Control District Ordinance referenced in the Memorandum of Understanding, increase the contract by $2,000,000, from $3,400,000 to $5,400,000, and extend the term by five years, for a total contract term of June 2, 2015 to June 30, 2031.
2. Acting as the governing body of San Bernardino County, approve Amendment No. 3 to Memorandum of Understanding No. 15-278 with the San Bernardino County Flood Control District for code enforcement services, to update the Flood Control District Ordinance referenced in the Memorandum of Understanding, increase the contract by $2,000,000, from $3,400,000 to $5,400,000, and extend the term by five years, for a total contract term of June 2, 2015 to June 30, 2031.
