Recommendation
Approve contract with G and C Swan, Inc. for Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services Early Intervention, Outpatient Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Recovery Services, in the amount of $979,726, for the contract period of March 26, 2024 through June 30, 2027.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The recommended contract amount of $979,726 for Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services (SUDRS) Early Intervention, Outpatient Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Recovery Services (collectively, Services) is funded by the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids allocation through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Transitional Assistance Department, Public Safety Realignment Assembly Bill 109, Federal Financial Participation Drug Medi-Cal, Substance Use Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Block Grant, Local Share, and the Child Welfare Services allocation through a MOU with Children and Family Services funding. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Behavioral Health's (DBH) 2023-24 budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
