Approve Agreement with Pacific Coast Elevator dba Amtech Elevator Services for elevator maintenance and unexpected repair services, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,592,800, effective January 28, 2025 through January 27, 2030.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The cost of $1,592,800 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2024-25 budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Agreement with Pacific Coast Elevator dba Amtech Elevator Services (Amtech) will provide maintenance and unexpected repair services for elevators at ARMC. There are nineteen elevators on the ARMC campus, including the main hospital building, the outpatient clinic and the medical office building (MOB).
