Recommendation
Approve Affiliation Agreement with Inland Empire Health Plan for the reimbursement of monthly licensing fees for Safety Net Connect, Inc. for eConsult and Referral Management Software as a Service Platform, in the total amount of $333,000, for the period beginning on the date of execution through January 31, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as this Affiliation Agreement (Agreement) with Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is a reimbursement agreement.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This Agreement with IEHP is for a partial reimbursement of the total cost of Safety Net Connect, Inc. (Safety Net). On February 11, 2020 (Item No. 11), the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. 20-67 between ARMC and Safety Net in the amount of $1,570,000 for the period of March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2025 for eConsult and Referral Management (eCRM) Software license and professional fees.
IEHP has agreed to reimburse ARMC a total of $333,000 for the eCRM Software licenses and professional fees currently being utilized for IEHP patients for the period of January 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025. IEHP will pay a lump sum of $111,000 to ARMC within 30 days of the execution of this Agreement and an additional $18,500 per month, beginning February 2024 through January 31, 2025.
