Recommendation
Approve revenue agreement (State Agreement No.25-0137-000-SA) with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, to perform inspections for the Certified Farmers Market program, for a maximum reimbursement amount of $6,044, for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revenue agreement specifies a term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, for a maximum reimbursement of $6,044 from the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA). Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Agriculture / Weights & Measures (AWM) 2025-26 recommended budget. Per the revenue agreement, services will be fulfilled by existing AWM staff.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This revenue agreement with the CDFA, Inspection Services Division and Compliance Branch (Inspection & Compliance) will reimburse AWM for performing inspection and enforcement services related to the Certified Farmers Market (CFM) program.
