Recommendation
Approve Agreement with OSO Home Care Pharmacy, for in-home infusion products and related services, in an amount not to exceed $500,000, for the contract period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The not-to-exceed cost of $500,000 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue will be included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2025-26 recommended budget and future recommended budgets.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Home Care Pharmacy agreement (Agreement) with OSO Home Care Pharmacy (OSO) will allow ARMC to provide in-home infusion products and related services for patients who have been discharged from the hospital. OSO will dispense, deliver, and administer infusion products to the patient in the home, as well as provide patients with education regarding their medications, and provide training on any pharmaceutical related equipment.
