Recommendation
Approve Revenue Interim Use Permit with The Bully Registry for the use of a portion of Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park, to hold the Cinco de Mayo Dog Show event on May 3, 2025, with set-up beginning May 2, 2025, and tear-down on May 3, 2025, for total revenue in the amount of $5,727.98

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item does not require the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under this Interim Use Permit (Permit), The Bully Registry (Permittee) will pay the Regional Parks Department (Department) a total of $5,727.98 in fees for the use of a portion of Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park (Park) for two days and the use of sections of the Park for set-up and tear down for the Cinco de Mayo Dog Show event (Event) as listed in the table below. The following fees are consistent with the Board of Supervisors (Board) approved 2024-25 Fee Schedule.
