Recommendation
Approve Contract with Agiliti Health, Inc., including non-standard terms, for patient bed/gurney maintenance and repair services, and an onsite equipment management program, in the amount of $7,669,326, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The cost of $7,669,326 is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2025-26 recommended budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The service contract (Contract) with Agiliti Health, Inc. (Agiliti) will allow Agiliti to provide all services for ARMC hospital beds, cribs, gurneys, mattress pumps, and specialty chairs. These services include preventative maintenance, repairs, an onsite equipment management program, and storage for 20 beds maximum with 2 round trips a month for delivery/pickup of beds.
