RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Revenue Agreement (State Agreement No. 25-0251-029-SF) with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, to provide quarantine response and regulatory enforcement activities related to the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Regulatory Program, on behalf of the State of California, for the period of October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, for a maximum reimbursement of $11,407.84.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Revenue Agreement (Agreement), in the amount of $11,407.84, is being funded by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), Citrus Pest and Disease Prevention (CPDP). Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Agriculture / Weights & Measures (AWM) 2025-26 budget and will be included in the 2026-27 recommended budget. Services, per the Agreement, will be provided by existing AWM staff.
