Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 25-681 with Pure Processing, LLC, for the purchase of specialized sterile ergonomic workstations, updating the equipment and reducing the cost by $5,965.24, from $190,174.46 plus applicable taxes to $184,209.22 plus applicable taxes.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The cost of $184,209.22 plus applicable taxes is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2025-26 budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 25-681 (Agreement) with Pure Processing, LLC (Pure) is an update to the types of specialized sterile processing ergonomic workstations and accessories that will be purchased and reduces the cost of $5,965.24 from $190,174.46 plus applicable taxes to $184,209.22 plus applicable taxes. The updated equipment list was revised, changing the quantity and equipment list to accommodate space availability.
