RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Accept and approve Final Map, as certified and recommended by the County Surveyor for Tract No. 18389 (Arrowhead Canyon Land, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company) consisting of nine numbered lots and one letter lot. Tract No. 18389 is located at the corner of Artesia Lane and Clearwater Lane in the Lake Arrowhead area.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) and the Department of Public Works - Surveyor (Surveyor) will have no significant financial impact related to this item. The administrative costs are minimal and are included in Surveyor's 2019-20 budget.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Tract No. 18389 will create nine single-family residential lots and one letter lot for a common area. The recommended actions will accept and approve the Final Map, as well as the necessary securities and agreements for Tract No. 18389. The tax bond guarantees the payment of all taxes and special assessments, which are a lien against any part of the subdivision but which are not yet payable.

To date, final monuments for Tract No. 18389 have been set and all required offsite and onsite road, drainage, water, and sewer improvements are completed. The road and drainage improvements have been inspected and approved by the Department of Public Works. The water and planned sewer system has been reviewed and approved by Lake Arrowhead Community Services District.
