RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of County Service Area 70 GH Glen Helen, approve Wastewater System Agreement with Lytle Development Company, whereby Lytle Development Company is granted conditional sewer hook-up rights and 375 equivalent dwelling units of capacity reserved at the Lytle Creek North Wastewater Recycling Plant, in addition to instituting a connection fee of $4,000 per sewer connection, for a term from November 18, 2025 through November 18, 2029.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). County Services Area 70, Zone GH - Glen Helen (CSA 70 GH), is funded by sanitation fees charged to customers based on usage. This agreement has a term of four years. Revenues and expenditures associated with the agreement are not expected to materialize in fiscal year 2025-26, but rather in subsequent years. Appropriation and revenues will be included in future recommended budgets as necessary.
