RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve a three-year revenue Interim Use Permit with the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement in the United States of America for the use of a portion of Prado Regional Park for three days each June, in 2026 through 2028, to hold the Dai Hoi Nguon Song Event, for total revenue in the amount of $12,205 each year.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item does not require the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under this Interim Use Permit (Permit), the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement in the United States of America (Permittee) will pay the Regional Parks Department (Department) $12,205 in use fees each year for the use of Prado Regional Park (Park) as detailed in the table below:
