RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve and accept grant award (Grant Award No. 5 H89HA00032-33-00) from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Project Grant, in the amount of $2,791,588, for the period of March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
2. Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors, Chief Executive Officer, or Director of the Department of Public Health to execute and submit any subsequent non-substantive amendments, on behalf of the County, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Director of the Department of Public Health to transmit all non-substantive amendments, in relation to the grant award, to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution.

The grant award (Grant Award No. 5 H89HA00032-33-00) in the amount of $2,791,588 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Project Grant (Ryan White Part A) does not require a local match.
