RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding No. 25-205 with Southern California Association of Governments, updating Section 6 to extend the agreement term by 185 calendar days, for a full term of May 15, 2025 through December 31, 2026, with no change to the not-to-exceed amount of $6,508,000.
2. Authorize the Director or Assistant Director of the Department of Public Works to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding with Southern California Association of Governments, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Director of the Department of Public Works to transmit executed Amendment No. 1. to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The grant from Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), in the amount not-to-exceed $6,508,000, provides funding for the Bloomington Sewer Expansion Project (Project).
