RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 19-764 with DRC Pacific, Inc. for debris removal and management services and mass care and sheltering services, at no cost, until services are requested and rendered, extending the contract term by 12 months, for a total contract period of November 19, 2019, through November 18, 2025.
2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 19-765 with Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. dba Environmental & Demolition Services Group for debris removal and management services, at no cost, until services are requested and rendered, extending the contract term by 12 months, for a total contract period of November 19, 2019, through November 18, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The impact on each County department's budget is based on its need for services. Departments that require Disaster Response and Recovery Contingency services are responsible for ensuring there is adequate funding in their budgets for the level of requested services. Costs for these services may be reimbursable from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the event of a declared emergency.
