Approve non-financial contract with Court Appointed Special Advocate of San Bernardino County to provide credit card processing services at Children's Network Events for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The recommended credit card processing contract is non-financial in nature; therefore, it does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Court Appointed Special Advocate of San Bernardino County (CASA) has been designated by Children's Network to provide credit card processing services at Children's Network events. CASA shall act as a fiscal agent during Children's Network events for the collection of registration fees, exhibitor fees, book sales, and purchases of materials from attendees. CASA will provide documentation of all funds collected on behalf of Children's Network for each event. Following receipt of a bank statement documenting credit card transaction amounts and bank charges, CASA shall provide the funds collected, minus any bank related charges, to Children's Network. Children's Network will not be charged by CASA for these credit card processing services.
