Recommendation
Approve Revenue Contract (Commission Contract No. S1042 A3) with the Children and Families Commission for San Bernardino County to provide Community Engagement and Early Child Mental Health Systems services, in the amount of $3,855,213, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The recommended Revenue contract for Community Engagement and Early Childhood Mental Health Systems (ECMHS) services in the amount of $3,855,213 is funded by the Children and Families Commission for San Bernardino County (Commission). Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Human Services Administrative Claim 2025-26 budget and future recommended budgets.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Children's Network (CNET) receives funding from the Commission to provide Community Engagement services and ECMHS services. These services are designed to help meet the special needs of at-risk infants and children through community partnerships, training, and events.
